School for Graduate Studies (SPS UTeM) is well-equipped with a number of facilities and services which are available to all postgraduate students, members of staff and visitors.

The SPS Office, located on the second floor, is the administrative hub of postgraduate studies in UTeM. The office can assist with general queries, booking of SPS facilities and support services on the process of postgraduate studies in UTeM.

    SPS has a large lecture room, namely as Bilik Kuliah 5 which can accommodate 150 people at any one time and three (3) small sized lectures rooms that can accommodate 20 people namely Bilik Kuliah 1,Bilik Kuliah 2 and Bilik Kuliah 3.

IT Support

The building is covered with UTeM's wireless internet services and could be connected automatically. The availabilities of WIFI facilities are as follows:

  • UTeM Staff: For staff only (Username and Password are set by the user)
  • UTeM Student: For current student only (Username and Password are set by the user)
  • UTeM-X: For visitor only (Just click the channel as no password is required)

We also provided Computer Laboratory, located on the third (3) floor, for those who want to use computer. There are more than 20 PCs available in the laboratory, that could be used for personal use, research activities or training purposes.

Other Facilities

SPS UTeM is also equipment with auditorium room, two viva rooms, three lecture rooms, prayer rooms, as well as postgraduate room for student.
